Mama Medical is a small pediatric consulting practice supporting families with babies and young children. Founded by experienced pediatric medical providers who are also moms, we offer care that’s thoughtful, evidence-based, and grounded in real life.

Meet our providers

Dr. Victoria Dahms

Victoria Dixon Dahms is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency training at Kravis Children’s Hospital at The Mount Sinai Hospital where she was also the Chief Resident in the Department of Pediatrics.

After completing her Chief Residency, Dr. Dahms joined a private practice in Bergen County, New Jersey where she practiced primary care pediatrics. Five years later she joined Westside Pediatrics in Manhattan, New York where she has been in practice since 2012. She remains active in medical student and resident education.

Dr. Dahms enjoys spending her time with her husband and four children.

Lia Album, PNP

Lia Album is a pediatric nurse practitioner with decades of experience caring for children and families. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Columbia University and has worked extensively in pediatric primary care and neonatal medicine.

Prior to becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner, Lia worked in pediatric surgery and spent over 15 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Since 2003, she has specialized in pediatric primary care at Westside Pediatrics in New York City.

Lia is a fellow of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners, a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She previously served for many years on her local Board of Health, including three years as President.

She lives in New Jersey with her husband and enjoys spending time with her three adult children, her dogs, and playing tennis. Lia is fluent in French and Hebrew.

Suzanne Bussetti, PNP

Suzanne Bussetti is a pediatric nurse practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with extensive experience supporting families from the newborn period through early childhood.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. Suzanne began her career at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she worked on the pediatric floors before transitioning to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She later joined Westside Pediatrics, where she has continued to provide pediatric primary care since 2005.

Suzanne is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, the New York State Nurses Association, and the International Lactation Consultant Association.

She lives in New Jersey with her husband and their two children.
